In reply to DymoSupport’s post on October 2, Not nice use of hard drive real estate. I’ll wait for the sequel, and buy Avery Labels in the labelmanaber. Obviously a Dymo issue and not a Microsoft issue. Tried many times, did a clean install as suggested by Dymo supportbut still no luck.
The problem you are experiencing can be caused due to a bad driver or a problem with the USB connection, in order to verify exactly where the problem starts please see the following article from Microsoft on how to open the Device Manager. Does a different driver work? I can only recommend to get on to the Dymo helpdesk, these guys are good and most helpful!
Is there a Win10 driver coming soon? I do hope that you will be willing to give Dymo a shot in the future and that you keep an eye out for a smaller size software.
